During an early client meet, I learned that CWB used actual humans to answer phones, a fact they were very proud of and that consistently received positive customer feedback. It seemed like an obvious and strong tact to base their script on. The spot was very well received and helped entrench this strong point of difference. Simple live action, zippy AE graphics and a subtle tease-and-reveal strategy did the trick.
